The XYGK-1000CR Basic Insertion-Type Online Water Content Analyzer utilizes electromagnetic wave phase shift detection technology to measure the dielectric constant of crude oil. Based on the comprehensive dielectric constant of the mixed liquid, it calculates the water content of the crude oil. This technology is widely adopted and recognized by international petroleum instrument companies as a stable, accurate, and reliable mature method for measuring crude oil water content.
This water content analyzer employs an integrated specialized chip as the core measurement unit. The use of high-standard chips ensures the instrument features a compact size, wide measurement range (0–100%), high measurement accuracy, excellent operational stability, and easy installation.
The online water content measurement technology enables comprehensive online monitoring of water content, remote data transmission, real-time online monitoring of comprehensive water content, and integration with existing digital platforms. It allows real-time monitoring and recording of water content changes in pipeline crude oil, meeting the demands of production sites.
Scope of Application:
1. Online water content detection for fluid media in well sites, oil transmission pipelines at gathering stations, and chemical plants;
2. High-water-content and low-water-content crude oil, exported crude oil, benzene-based and other organic liquids;
3. Also suitable for measuring water content in storage tanks and irregular containers.
Product Features:
1. Utilizes electromagnetic wave phase shift detection technology to measure the dielectric constant of crude oil. Ready to use upon power-on, contains no radioactive materials, and has no moving parts. This ensures high measurement resolution, strong medium adaptability, safety, and environmental friendliness. It can directly replace early-generation radioactive water content meters installed in oilfields.
2. The meter head adopts explosion-proof technology, with real-time display in Chinese text and numbers, making debugging convenient.
3. The primary meter features a probe insertion or flange pipe section structure for easy and quick installation. To address the instability of fluid production in low-permeability oil wells and the presence of associated gas, it incorporates gas-liquid separation and liquid accumulation devices to maintain stable liquid levels, eliminate the impact of associated gas, and achieve stable measurement.
4. Built-in temperature sensor. Since the dielectric constant of water decreases with increasing temperature, which may cause the measured water content value to decrease, temperature compensation allows accurate correction of measurement results, thereby improving measurement accuracy.
5. The instrument probe is made of 316 stainless steel, adaptable to various acidic and alkaline corrosive liquids, as well as most measured media, including organic solvents such as toluene.
6. Supports smart communication, with software upgradable on-site.
7. The product has no mechanical moving parts, combined with an anti-sticking oil surface treatment process, ensuring long-term reliable operation and maintenance-free performance.
